Free worldwide shipping
Every MagnetVinyl order ships free, worldwide. There are no shipping charges added at checkout, wherever you are and however many sets you order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5pm or on a weekend begin processing the next business day. During sale periods and the holiday season, processing can take an extra day or two.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States and Canada: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 8-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can add time.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. Tracking can take 2-5 business days to show its first scan. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email magnetvinyl@outlook.com and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Multiple items
Orders with more than one set may arrive in separate parcels on different days. That's normal and nothing is missing.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside our fulfilment region may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, email magnetvinyl@outlook.com with your order number and photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, replacements for loss, theft or transit damage are handled immediately with no investigation period.
