We want you to love your MagnetVinyl set. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all discs and the USB cable included.

How to start a return

Email magnetvinyl@outlook.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. Photos help us resolve faults faster. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You won't be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. If you purchased the 14-Day Guarantee add-on at checkout, we cover return postage and accept change-of-mind returns with no questions asked.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5-10 business days for the money to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, email magnetvinyl@outlook.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an edition is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Items we can't refund

Gift cards, and any item returned outside the 14-day window or returned used, incomplete or without its original packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we'll stop the shipment if it hasn't already left.
