MagnetVinyl products let you load your own audio files and images onto the device. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you load, and you agree not to use our products to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights. We do not receive, store or process the files you load onto your device.

8. Intellectual property
The MagnetVinyl name, logo, site design, product photography and copy are ours and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Our site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products.
