Where is my order?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to show its first scan. If it has not updated after 7 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped yet. Email us right away with your order number and the correct address.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.
